Deebridge aims to provide customers with best solution electrical equipment, ensure their safe & hazardous area equipment and facilities are kept in optimum condition and remain fully certified, as well as ensure maximum equipment performance and value across their life span.

History

Established in 1947 Deebridge began as a dedicated motor rewinding service provider for the North-East of Scotland’s industrial sectors, which still remains a core Deebridge service offering to this day. As one of the oldest established businesses in Aberdeen we have developed what may be the most experienced and knowledgeable team engaged in this line of work.

As time has gone by we have continued to progress our business and our capabilities have organically expanded along with the city’s evolving industrial sector. Since the 1970’s the significant level of Oil & Gas activity in Aberdeenshire has naturally shaped our business. As such, Oil & Gas related companies now make up a significant segment of our client group and our services have been tailored to suit their specific needs.

In 2003 we were incorporated into the Yardbury Group, a manufacturer of subsea equipment, although for the most part we have continued to function as an independent business. We have been operating under an ISO9001:2008 quality system since 2011.

Our Team

The Deebridge technical team is made up of highly skilled engineers and technicians, with a number of key managers and staff having spent over 35 years in the industry, some within our own company! Together we combine the strength of a knowledgeable, established team with a new injection of experienced managerial direction. Here is some of the front line team you need to know, supporting clients every day.

Dave Marr, Operations Director

Dave took over management of Deebridge in 2012 and has been responsible for a very welcome reinvigoration of the business. Dave came to us from ERIKS after a number of years directing the UK Industrial Services division, having worked his way up from a workshop apprentice in a subsidiary company from 1971. He brings with him a thorough understanding of our business sector and the impressive managerial and commercial skills it has taken to see our business turned around in a very short space of time. George Singer, Onsite Services Supervisor

George has been with Deebridge since 1972, the entire length of his career. For his knowledge of the job and technical savvy, George is unsurpassed. Our clients depend on him for control systems, panel upgrades, fault finding and repair work, among other things. He probably already knows his way round your facility well given how long he’s been doing this job. Rachel Anderson, Office & Workshop Administration

Rachel is the first point of contact for telephone inquiries and with her experience in business administration keeps Deebridge running smoothly. Her strong organizational abilities and effectiveness have been instrumental in supporting our recent reorganization.

Jim Hamilton, Sales Manager

Jim joined Deebridge in 2015 as Sales Manager and brings with him a wealth of Sales and Business Development experience accumulated in the UK and Overseas in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Singapore and South Africa. Jim’s primary role is to build close working relationships with our existing client base and generate new business area’s for the business utilizing our company philosophy of being customer focused and service driven. In his 2 years at Deebridge Jim has assisted in raising our company profile and has helped generate several new partnerships with major blue chip companies.
